About Evangelos
Evangelos was a PhD student and a research and teaching assistant at the Faculty of Informatics at the University of Lugano (USI), Switzerland, from January 2014 to April 2018. Evangelos acquired a 4-year BSc degree in Informatics from Ionian University, Corfu, Greece, in 2008, and a MSc diploma in Computer Networks and Communications from the same University in 2011. From 2011 to 2013 he was a Research Assistant at Madeira Interactive Technologies Institute and CGI Service Design Lab where he worked on projects involving mobile application development, UX Evaluation and Service Design.
Research interests
Evangelos’s research interests lie in the areas of mobile computing, UX design and evaluation, memory enhancement, emotion recognition, context awareness, participatory sensing and ambient intelligence.
