About Ivan
Ivan Elhart was a Senior Researcher / Postdoc at the Faculty of Informatics at the University of Lugano (USI), Switzerland, from June 2015 to January 2019. Ivan received a master degree (Diploma) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Novi Sad, Serbia, in 2006, a master degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of New Hampshire, USA, in 2009, and his PhD (Dr. sc.) from the University of Lugano (USI), in 2015. From 2004 to 2006 he was an intern at Novi Sad Institute for Information Technologies where he worked on the design and development of graphic libraries for high-definition television sets. Starting in the fall of 2006, he spent three years as a research assistant at the University of New Hampshire working on the digital data communication for law enforcement agencies. From May 2010 to June 2015 he was a research and teaching assistant at the Faculty of Informatics in Lugano.
Research Interests
Ivan’s research interests are in the area of pervasive public display systems, in particular opportunities for distributed application and content scheduling.
